3Account Registration

4Deposits & Withdrawals

8Account Closure

Lucky99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• A request by the member themselves to close their account
• Detection of suspicious activity, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or attempted money laundering
• Compliance with directives from regulatory authorities or court orders

Should an account be closed for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to any applicable processing fee deductions where relevant.

9Limitation of Liability
